Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50.00. Please note that Free Shipping is not available for APO’s or orders outside of the U.S.

For orders under $50.00 we charge a flat $2.99 shipping fee.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Standard Delivery / Ground in the Continental U.S. (48 States).

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to APO addresses or orders outside of the U.S.

Delivery Time

Delivery times for Standard Delivery / Ground within the Continental U.S. (48 States) can range from 2 - 5 Business Days.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Return Policy

We value all of our customers and want you to be confident in your purchase from Grunt Force. As a result, we make it very easy for you to return any product for up to 60 days from purchase. When you receive your order, please inspect all products for damage or discrepancies. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply Contact Us to return your product and receive a refund or a replacement item.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with any item you purchases from us, you can return it within 60 days.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. For items that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are not refunded.


How Do I Return an Item?

  • Pack your item in it's unused and original condition (Including all tags, manuals, and packaging)
  • Include your Order Number inside the package and/or clearly write your Order Number on the outside of the package
  • Mail the item back to us

Additional restocking fees apply for used items, or items that are not returned complete in their original condition. Please contact us for further return information.

 

How Do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange the item, the process is to place an order for the new size, and return the previous order for refund via our Return Instructions. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


What if My Item Arrived Damaged or I Was Sent the Wrong Item?

Contact us through our Contact Us form for instructions. We will cover all reasonable shipping fees required to correct the order.
